We handle the Davis-Standard (USA) extruder for extrusion molding, which boasts an annual production capacity of 3,000 units. During resin extrusion from the T-die, we manage the temperature across the full width of the molten resin at a position 20mm directly below the T-die, with temperature control achievable within ±1 to 2°C.
